2. Services & Products
iQuick provides digital agency services, including mobile app design, web systems development, SEO auditing, VR applications, and digital design templates/Shopify themes. All deliverables are provided according to specific contract milestones or online package details.
3. Shopify Theme Licensing
When you license a Shopify theme from iQuick, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-store license. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the theme ZIP files with third parties. Using a single theme license on multiple stores is a violation of these terms.
4. Client Data & Access
For custom development projects, clients are required to provide necessary access (e.g. Shopify staff accounts, GitHub access). iQuick holds no liability for data loss during project deployments. Clients must maintain recent and complete backups of their databases and source files.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom design assets, source code, and configurations created specifically for the client become the client’s property upon full payment. iQuick retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, frameworks, and core proprietary structures utilized during development.
6. Payments & Refunds
Payment for design and development packages is processed securely via integrated gateways. Because digital templates, layouts, and Shopify themes are downloadable products, they are non-refundable once the file download is initiated. Custom services are subject to milestone refund policies outlined in specific contracts.
7. Limitation of Liability
iQuick does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime of third-party platforms (like Shopify, Google Play, or App Store), web hosting performance, or search engine ranking updates. Under no circumstances will iQuick be liable for lost profits, data, or business interruptions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the local laws of Palestine. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Palestine.
