The Custom Error 404 template (404.json) displays a clean, customizable “Page Not Found” message when a visitor hits a broken link or incorrect URL.
️Customization Settings
Open the 404 page in the Theme Editor to configure:
- Error Message: Edit the main title (e.g.
404) and subheading text (e.g.Sorry, this page doesn't exist). - CTA Button: Add a button directing visitors back to the home page or your store catalog.
- Suggested Collections: Display collection list cards below the error message to help visitors keep browsing.
