️Common Issues & Solutions

1. Storefront is displaying in LTR instead of RTL (Arabic/Hebrew)

• Cause: The current visitor language code is not recognized as an RTL locale.
• Solution: Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Languages. Ensure your language (e.g. Arabic) is active and set as the default store language. The theme will automatically detect the language code and load rtl.css.

2. Logo looks small or blurry on mobile view

• Cause: Incorrect image size properties or mobile header block width.
• Solution: Ensure you uploaded a high-quality logo asset (PNG format, recommended 400px × 120px). Go to Header > Logo block and adjust the Mobile Logo Width slider.

3. Language Switcher is missing or does not display options

• Cause: Only one language is active in your Shopify store settings.
• Solution: The language switcher requires at least two active languages. Go to Settings > Languages and publish a secondary language to display the dropdown choices.

4. Dropdown menus are empty or do not load sub-items

• Cause: The nested menu is configured incorrectly in your navigation settings.
• Solution: Go to Online Store > Navigation. Verify that your sub-links are indented correctly beneath their parent links. Refer to File 3 (Article 41) for details on nesting.

5. Images look cropped, stretched, or pixelated

• Cause: Uploaded images do not match the recommended dimensions for that section.
• Solution: Check the specific image recommendations in File 3 (Sections Guide). For general guidelines:

Hero/Banners:* 2000px × 1000px
Products / Collections:* 1200px × 1200px (Square)
Image with Text:* 1500px × 1200px

6. A specific section does not display on desktop or mobile

• Cause: The section visibility toggles are turned off.
• Solution: Select the section in the Theme Editor and verify the three visibility settings:

* Ensure Show section checkbox is checked.
* Ensure Show on Desktop is checked.
* Ensure Show on Mobile is checked.
